The Entrepreneurship Cell is one the largest professional cell at AFMI, which focusses on encouraging and fostering entrepreneurship among the student body, provides practical learning opportunities to minimize risk and maximize success in ventures, and facilitates interaction with experienced entrepreneurs, industry experts and venture capitalists to gain insight and inspiration.

The cell works closely with the Wadhwani Centre for Entrepreneurship Development. The Wadhwani Centre focusses on building the necessary collaborative entrepreneurial ecosystem for Enterprise creation and Enterprise growth. The centre takes a three pronged integrated approach: Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Dissemination and Knowledge to Action to achieve this result.

Entrepreneurship Cell' at AFMI is an endeavor to create opportunities for people across India in realizing their dreams of starting up. We believe innovation invigorates human change and progression and the specific instrument for innovation is entrepreneurship – the act that endows resources with a new competence to create wealth. To start up on your own you need essentially three things-Ideas, Passion and, Guidance to convert the ideas. All three of them together in life are a rarity. E-cell at AFMI is an endeavor to provide every individual who desires these three ingredients at the same time and at the same place. Its aim is to create the requisite support structure that an individual needs in his quest for the unknown and unexplored zone of entrepreneurship.

This cell takes a holistic approach in organizing focussed events that adds the maximum value to our members. Our activities range from idea conceptualization to business implementation. We provide you the practical learning to use and hone your entrepreneurship skills, we facilitate networking events to build relationships, both internal and external and organize knowledge development sessions to gain insight and ideas for your next venture.
