Entrepreneurship, Training, Consultancy and Research Practicum (ETCRP)

The curriculum of the Post Graduate Programme in Management at AFMI offers various electives to the students. The students decide on the electives keeping in mind their career aspirations. One such elective which is very popular amongst the students is Entrepreneurship, Training, Consulting, & Research (ETCR), as it offers guidance on setting up your own entrepreneurial venture as well as becoming a successful Consultant/ Trainer/ Researcher. You get an exciting introduction to the process and practice of entrepreneurship and new venture creation.

The ETCR elective is favored by the students due to the following reasons:

• It helps you identify an entrepreneurial opportunity and prepare a business plan.
• It familiarizes you with the process and practice of entrepreneurship and new venture creation.
• Will be able to equip you with conceptual frameworks for evaluating techno-commercial attractiveness for investment and launching a new venture.
• It enables you to understand and apply the techniques and processes used to prepare realistic business plans.
• It also gives you better insight into field of consultancy, training and research, where you can easily start a venture of its own without any investment.

We also have an Entrepreneurship Cell' at AFMI which is an initiative of the students to develop a sustained platform that supports people across the globe in starting up; thereby realizing their ideas and converting them to reality.
