Management Student Association (MSA)

Your two years at AFMI will be full of activities that stretch well beyond the classroom as you involve yourself in the various students’ activities as well as contribute to the institute. As a Full Time Management student at AFMI, you will join the Management Student Association which coordinates all these activities. The MSA is governed by the Management Students Board (MSB), comprising representatives elected by members of the MSA.

The MSB is focussed on fostering the intellectual environment and enriching the AFMI experience for every student in the batch. As representatives of an astute, diverse and accomplished batch, the core aims to create multiple platforms that showcase the talent and depth of expertise that lies within the class. The peer network at AFMI is what sets it apart from most other B-schools and the MSB core aims to facilitate greater connections between students in the batch.

The MSB is the primary vehicle for coordinating and managing student activities and initiatives, both academic and extracurricular. It represents all students' interests to the AFMI administration and provides inputs to enrich the curriculum.

The Management Student Board (MSB), the elected representatives of the AFMI student body, coordinates and manages the activities of the Societies. Conferences, talks by eminent guest speakers, and many other events enrich your experience at the Institute.

The different kinds of Student Society/Cell/ Clubs indicate the diversity of the AFMI community. They give you the chance to apply what has been learned in the classroom and to gain invaluable leadership and life skills. In addition to connecting you with others who have similar interests, you have a platform to interact with alumni and professionals in your field of interest, helping you to build formal and informal networks while exploring career opportunities.
